| Redundant Backbone Connections |
|
| Our connections to
the Internet (e.g. the backbone) come from two of
the leading Tier 1 providers in the industry. Our
primary provider is UUNET,
the Internet services division of MCI WorldCom
and
recognized as the premier backbone provider in the
Internet. UUNET has presence in over 114 countries
and assists us with the 7x24 monitoring of our backbone
circuit. Our secondary provider is AT&T,
a highly regarded backbone provider that has significant
worldwide presence. The AT&T network provides
managed, state-of-the-art hardware and software,
smart
routing capability, and continuous performance monitoring
on a world-class backbone. Having backbone connections
from two different sources provides us with a high
level of reliability since the likelihood of both
being down at the same time is very small. We use
the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP4) such that in
the
event any of the backbones goes down all traffic
is rerouted automatically within a few seconds.
Our network
design allows us to have typical backbone uptimes
of over 99.9 %. We do not go through any second
tier
providers or intermediaries for our backbone connections. |

| Excellent Bandwidth |
| While other local
providers use a ratio of four or five thousand subscribers
per backbone line, PRW.NET follows a ratio of one
thousand customers per backbone trunk line. This allows
our customers to have download rates close to twice
those provided by other ISPs during peak usage periods.

| Low Level of Busy Lines |
| PRW.NET follows a
ratio of six to seven (personal account) subscribers
per dialup line. This results in a level of busy lines
of less than 0.1 % on a typical month. Other local
companies use nine to ten subscribers per line which
results in higher likelihood of busy signals, particularly
at peak periods in the evening (8:30 - 10:30 PM). |

| High Connect Rates |

PRW.NET uses Commworks
access servers to provide digital modems on all
our dial-in lines. We follow the V.92 standard
closely
and are committed to supporting future high speed
access alternatives. Our customers using V.90
and
V.92 modems get a median connection rate of 45.3
Kbps and 85 % of our V.90/V.92 connections occur
at rates of 42.6 Kbps or above with 20 % above
50 Kbps. Dedicated Cisco
routers are used for our leased line connections,
offering optimum reliability and performance.
High speed Juniper routers handle our core routing
and DSL connections.

| Our staff is trained
in TCP/IP troubleshooting and can assist you with
any problems you may have with your Internet access.
24-hr support is available to dedicated (7x24) customers.
Tech support for dialup customers is available weekdays
up to 10 PM and Saturdays till 7 PM by calling our

commonly requested features. Our account options allow you to
tailor your access according to your requirements. Very few companies offer the number of
options PRW.NET provides. Whether you are looking for multilink PPP (e.g. two or more
simultaneous dialups), multiple mailboxes, additional disk space, a shopping cart or any
other special requirement it is likely you will find it on our services
